Eugenijus has graduated Kaunas University of Technology – BA Public administration in 2002. Received Ms Project Management degree from University of Liverpool in 2013. 2003 – 2012 as Project manager at LearnKey Lithuania, he was responsible for projects of online courses, educational games and training platforms development. Experienced in Agile and Traditional project management methodologies. Eugenijus is instructional designer for educational games. 2010-2013 Project management lector at Vilniaus Kolegija, University of Applied Sciences.
Since 2011 Head of strategic project development department at National Library of Lithuania, responsible for NLL project portfolio, planning and implementation of National and International projects and programs in the National Library of Lithuania, responsible for sustainability of “Libraries for Innovation” project in the library.
