The Lithuanian Publishers Association’s managing director
In 2007 A.V. Dobkevičiūtė became The Lithuanian Publishers Association’s managing director. Before that she worked as Information Society’s Development Division’s chief specialist at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania and was responsible for publishing, literature dissemination and reading promotion programs.
Since 2006 she is also a board member of International Vilnius Book Fair, since 2013 a board member of National Association of Creative and Cultural Industries, and this year she started teaching a publishing project course at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
A.V. Dobkevičiūtė has two master’s degrees: one in journalism at Vilnius University and another in social pedagogy at Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences.
