In 2009, the Baltic Heritage Network held a seminar for young researchers interested in diaspora topics. It was the first of many meetings that would spread across the Baltics and engage dozens of scholars into what would become a beacon of collaboration and empowerment. This presentation looks back at the history and legacy of the movement on its 15th anniversary.
