Deimantė Bareikienė has gained a lot of experience in customer service management while working in banking and, lately, energy sectors. While working in SEB bank she has attended the initiatives of alliance “Langas į ateitį” (Window to the Future) and while working in the company LESTO she has initiated and organized trainings in district libraries on the topic of how to use self-service site www.manoelektra.lt.

LESTO provides services to more than 1.5 million electricity consumers and is constantly looking for opportunities to educate customers about electricity energy and its benefits, risks, sustainability, efficiency, safety, company services. LESTO takes care of electricity consumers and seeks to make the services related to the supply of electricity to be easily available throughout Lithuania, so company pays a lot of attention and time on trainings for residents to use online services.

LESTO joined the project "Libraries for Innovation" a few years ago, company organized trainings in district libraries on the topic of how to use self-service site www.manoelektra.lt. The company appreciates the importance and meaningfulness of the project "Libraries for Innovation" in educating people and developing libraries, LESTO expects the continuity of the project.
