She is a co-author of several international scientific publications. She works in the MA of music education program at the Department of Modern Didactics at VMU, where she teaches Educational Leadership and Project Management. Her research is related to the education of professional performers, the development of creativity at various levels &#8211; from school to university\/academy, seeing individuals, communities, and interactions in the processes, and peculiarities of higher education.
