Her research is focused on the European history of the 19<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and 20<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> centuries, with a focus on transnational history, Baltic history, Jewish history as well as the history of memory and border regions. She is currently researching a project entitled \u201cJewish Trading Areas in Transition 1772-1850&#8243;.
