Eugenijus Stratilatovas

Eugenijus has graduated from Kaunas University of Technology (BA in Public Administration) in 2002 and University of Liverpool (MS in Project Management) in 2013. From 2003 to 2012 he worked as a Project Manager at LearnKey Lithuania, where his main responsibility was managing the projects for development of online courses, educational games, and training platforms. Experienced in Agile and traditional project management methodologies, Eugenijus is also a designer and instructor of educational games. In 2010-2013, Eugenijus taught Project Management in the Vilnius University Institute of Applied Research and Vilnius College.
From 2011, Eugenijus has been the head of the Strategic Project Development Unit and from 2016, he has been the Director of Strategic Development Department at the National Library of Lithuania. He is also responsible for administration of the NLL project portfolio and planning and implementing national and international projects and programs in the National Library of Lithuania. Eugenijus is also the Project Manager of Libraries for Innovation 2.
