Dr. Eglė Pranckūnienė is the founder of the Centre for School Improvement and a researcher at the Department of Human and Social Sciences at Klaipėda university. Her scientific interests include educational leadership, the professional life of educational practitioners, and action research of educational practice. Eglė is the president of Lithuanian educational research association and an active participant of educational reform of Lithuania since 1992.
