Dr. Dina Dorothea Falbe studied architecture at Bauhaus-University Weimar (G) and TU Delft (NL). In 2025 she completed her doctoral dissertation on the history of GDR type school buildings at University of Groningen (NL) receiving the Jutta Held Award of Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte (Central Institute for Art History) in Munich. She is currently working at the Faculty of Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Wismar, where she is involved in the research group Lernraumlabor focusing on the transformation of school buildings as well as the Müther-Archive dedicated to the heritage of East-German architecture from the northern region.
